Bouncy Hand
The Bouncy hand was invented by Kian he is 7 year old.
Its Now the first Trick I teach kids as it easy to do.
Hit 4 sides of the Thingy Flip
By twisting your hand you can have the sack land on all 5 sides of the Thingy Flip You need to do this to gain your yellow licence.
Head Bump
Its hard at first but one you watch the sack onto your forhead it becomes eazy.
Elbow Bump
This trick is hard and take some practice to get it right.
Under Leg Catch
Some kids get it right of the bat and some take time. Best to start slow.
Over Head Catch
Keep your eye on the sack and follow it over your head. A good toss helps allot.
Knee Bump
Get you knee up high this gives the sack a good upward movement so you can catch it.
Head Bump Pass
Once you know the head bump you will need to really get the sack high in the air so your partner can catch it.
The Under Leg Pass
Get your under leg pass high in the air so your partner can catch it.
The Flipping Hand Swap
For advanced players. Timing is everything.
