Soccer (Square 1 of 9)List Item 1
Each side of the box represents pass 1, pass 2, pass 3 and a goal.
Play Easy Version:
You must hit the side for passes 1 ,2, 3 and then get a goal - in order and without missing.
If you miss the box, you start again from pass 1.
Play Hard Version:
Same rules as easy version, but must also only hit your own colour or its the other players turn and you start again. For example: if you are the blue team but your dice lands on the red team pass 1, you missed.

Basketball (Square 2 of 9)List Item 2
Each side of the box represents pass 1, pass 2, pass 3 and a basket.
Play Easy Version:
You must hit the side for passes 1 ,2, 3 and then get a basket - in order and without missing.
If you miss the box, you start again from pass 1.
Play Hard Version:

Play 5 rounds for a game.

Football (Square 3 of 9)List Item 3
Each side of the box represents pass 1, pass 2, pass 3 and a try.
Play Easy Version:
You must hit the side for passes 1 ,2, 3 and then get a try - in order and without missing.
If you miss the box, you start again from pass 1.
Play Hard Version:
Same rules as easy version, but must also only hit your own colour or its the other players turn and you start again. For example: if you are the blue team but your dice lands on the red team pass 1, you missed.
Play any number of rounds.

Cricket (Square 4 of 9)List Item 4
Thingy Flip Cricket, Bowl, Bat, Field and score. Its Cricket you can play any time, anywhere.
Each side of the box represents a bowl, bat, field and score.
The Bowler takes the first turn then the batter. Depending on result the fielder goes next, then the batter finds out his score.
Play as many rounds as you like.

Exercise (Square 5 of 9)
This is great to combine the hand-eye coordination skills of using the Thingy Flip while also improving physical fitness.
Instructions
You simply land on an exercise on any side of the box.
Do the reps or the duration listed on the corresponding exercise. Or, decide your own amount of reps depending on your fitness level.

Sit Down Exercises (Square 6 of 9)
Do any where and time. Great for Oldies or anyone.
Much the same as regular exercise, but you get to sit down while working out. This can be good for seniors, those with troubles standing for longer periods, back pain, or lower fitness levels!

Pool & Snooker (Square 7 of 9)
Awesome game played in a new way to challenge your hand-eye coordination skills.
Instructions
Much the same principles as a normal game of pool.
The first ball you land on determines if you are 'bigs' or 'smalls'. This refers to whether the ball has a stripe of colour, or is all coloured with the number in the middle. Whatever the first player lands on first, is there set of balls for the rest of the game. Obviously, the second player then has the other set.
Land on the balls for your set and write the numbers down. Once you have hit all 7 of your balls, aim for the black 8 ball to win.
If you hit a ball you have hit before or the other players ball, it is the other players turn.
Snooker
Same rules for snooker as above.

Tennis (Square 8 of 9)
Take turns to hit the 15 first once you get it move onto the 30 and 40 . If you miss its the other players turn.
If you get the 15 its still the other players turn.
Once you get to 40 hit Ad to win the game.
If you both on 40 you need to hit ad 2 times without your opporsition hitting duce.

Play this one with the sack.
It is very simple.
If you land on a trick, you need to do the trick - or at least attempt to do it!
